Happy with decision of Supreme Court Shweta Singh Kirti on her twitter wrote. “Thank you God!  You have answered our prayers!! But it is just the beginning... the first step towards the truth! Full faith on CBI!! #Victoryoffaith #GlobalPrayersForSSR #Wearefamily #CBITakesOver”

As per the reports, Supreme Court said that Bihar government is competent to transfer the case to the CBI for investigation. A bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy said that FIR registered by the Bihar Police on the complaint of Rajput's father Krishna Kishore Singh is correct and the reference to the CBI is lawful.

About Sushant Singh Rajput, he was reportedly found hanging in his Mumbai apartment. However, no suicide note was found in the house. The post-mortem report has proved that it is death due to suicide. It's no secret that Sushant was going through very tough times and was depressed from the last six months. No one in the industry stood up for him nor did they lend a helping hand. Many claim it’s because he was made to feel an outsider in Bollywood and was never welcomed as one of their own.
