Taapsee Pannu Share BTS From ‘Saand Ki Aankh’
Actor Taapsee Pannu shared a few throwback pictures from the sets of ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, narrating an hour long process just to get into the skin of the character.
Taapsee who portrayed the role of Prakashi Tomar in the movie stated that it took a one-hour-long procedure to get back to the normal skin. But still, the lines and folds were visible. By sharing the pictures the ‘Badla’ actor has tried to draw the attention on the declining years of life.
In her post, Taapsee mentioned that as if now it was easy to shed the agedness makeup. But in the future this won’t be the case. Because the day will come when she has to stay with that same aged skin.
Taapsee on her Instagram wrote, “Getting ‘into’ the skin of a character is passé , let’s talk about how as it getting ‘out’ of the skin of #PrakashiTomar...A one hour long procedure to get my skin back n then still have lines n folds visible until the skin bounces back to normal. How many times we had nightmares that what if it never bounces back? What if one day we realise we have to live with it. That one day will come some time in the future but as of now it was nice to shed this skin off and breathe a sigh of relief #SaandKiAankh #Throwback #ArchivePost.”
‘Saand Ki Ankh’ is a biographical drama film directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Anurag Kashyap, Relience Entertainment and Nidhi Parmar. The film also features Bhumi Pednekar, Prakash Jha, Pawan Chopra, Vineet Kumar Singh and Sharad Randhawa.
