Sonu Sood Road To Success, A Road In Moga Named After His Mother.
Sonu Sood, who is almost 21 years old in the industry, has carved a niche for himself, as he manages to receive a thumbs up from the audience and critics alike for his indelible acting skills. Not only this the actor was in headlines as he helped the migrant workers who were unable to go back home amid the Coronavirus nationwide lockdown.
Sood, prominently known to portray negative characters on-screen, but has become a real hero in the eyes of the people. A road has been dedicated in the name of the Dabangg actor’s late mother, Saroj Sood. The road, now called Prof Saroj Sood Road, is located in the actor’s hometown Moga, where the family spent their early days.
Sonu to express his gratitude and remembering his parents penned down an emotional note on his Gram. Adding to it he also shared the picture of the board named Prof Saroj Sood Road.
Sonu wrote, "A visual that I dreamt of all my life. Today a road in my home town Moga has been named after my mom: “Prof.Saroj Sood Road”. The same road by which she traveled all her life. From home to college and then back home. This will always be the most important chapter of my life. I am sure my mom and Dad must be smiling somewhere from the heavens. On the work front, Sonu Sood has Akshay Kumar-starrer Prithviraj in the pipeline. The film marks the Bollywood debut of former Miss Universe, Manushi Chhillar.
