All characters have times when they are romantic and when they are comedic. And all characters have gray shades in them. Everyone thinks in a different way and I work on bases of how I think. If Nawaz wants to do different roles then I am sure he will be great at it.”
Manoj who is playing the father’s role in the film when asked how different the film will be from Chef which is also about father-son bonding said, “I haven’t seen ‘Chef’ but the story is very different, the father is already dead when the film starts in 'Rukh'. I will be seen in flashbacks. It was a difficult role because I am not supposed to show what the character is really feeling.”
