RSVP Confirms Captain India With Kartik Aaryan, Helmed By Hansal Mehta
Young gun Kartik Aaryan is collaborating with veteran filmmaker Hansal Mehta for epic drama Captain India, the film is bankrolled by RSVP Movies.
Actor Kartik just dropped the first look poster and confirmed the movie, he captioned it, “When a man goes beyond the call of duty, With great pride and honour, we bring to you #CaptainIndia @hansalmehta sir @rsvpmovies @bawejastudios #RonnieScrewvala #HarmanBaweja @soniyeah22 @vicky_bahri @sanchit421 @iampriyadarshee @karanvyas11”
Inspired by one of India’s successful rescue missions from a war-torn country, Aaryan will play a pilot who spearheaded the operation and displayed exemplary bravery and courage in the process.
‘Captain India,’ which is inspired by true events, will revisit a moment in time where a man goes beyond his own pain and suffering to save thousands.
With Baweja Studios’ Vicky Bahri as co-producer and RSVP’s Sonia Kanwar as associate producer, the film starts rolling in 2022.
