Monica O My Darling Is Filming Now, Confirms Netflix

OTT Giant Netflix has announced a new film Monica, O My Darling, starring Rajkummar Rao, Radhika Apte, Huma Qureshi and Sikander Kher among others. The first look poster for the entire ensemble is out and the filming for the same has begun.

The official handle of Netflix India dropped the first look poster and BTS video on social media, confirming the ensemble and filming of the project. It said, “Lights, camera, action! The title of the film is named after RD Burman's cabaret item number that was filmed on Helen in the 1971 movie, Caravan. Production on the Netflix movie, which marks Bala’s third feature directorial, is currently underway. He previously helmed the unreleased “Peddlers” and the 2018 action-comedy “Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota.

The film also stars Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Sukant Goel, Bagavathi Perumal and Zayn Marie Khan.
