I Have No Pressure, As I Come Prepared On Job Says Gulshan Grover

Veteran actor Gulshan Grover who is all set to make his OTT debut with second season of Your Honor 2, says he doesn’t have any work-related pressure because he comes prepared on the job.

After ruling the silver-screen for decades, Gulshan Grover is all set to give his co-stars a run for their money with his intense and devious avatar in SonyLIV’s Your Honor Season 2.

Interacting with Newshelpline on the sidelines of the trailer launch, we asked Gulshan Grover if there was any pressure while working on series for the first time.

He said, “Whether it’s a film, series, franchise, OTT or any other medium, I don’t have any pressure and there is very simple logic for that, I do my job with full sincerity, dedication, hard work and research; I do my job fully prepared. And on top of that, if I am fortunate enough to get a capable director, good written material, and interesting co-stars, things automatically turns fantastic. So I am extremely happy that I choose Your Honor for my digital debut”

Despite being offered several series and meaty roles for OTT projects, Gulshan Grover choose Your Honor for his debut, because it has elements that he was looking for as an actor.

He said, “I am offered a lot of work for OTT before, which I didn’t do and I choose Your Honor 2 because it has lot of elements that I was looking for. I am a hungry actor, I am not easily satisfied. I need an interesting character which requires hard work”

Furthermore, Gulshan said, “I seriously had no issues making my debut with second season, where most of the characters are already established and they have validation and love of the audience. My character is brand new, and it will be an interesting character to watch. Your Honour Season 2 is going to fireworks between me and Jimmy’s character”

The series stars Jimmy Sheirgill, Mahie Gill, Pulkit Makol, Mita Vashisht, Kunj Anand, Richa Pallod, Suhasini Mulay, Zeishan Quadri, Mahabir Bhullar, Varun Badola and Parul Gulati.

The series is helmed by Eeshwar Nivas, and bankrolled by Applause Entertainment. The series is adapted from Israeli web series Kvodo. The story follows a judge who lets go of his moralities, relationships and goes on to undermine ethics in order to save his son.
