Amazon Drops Motion Poster For LOTR Series – The Rings Of Powers
Mumbai, 20th January 2022 (NewsHelpline) - Amazon drops the title and logo motion teaser for their new LOTR series: The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Powers.
The series is the most expensive TV series ever made, with a budget at around 1 billion dollars in total for the production.
Amazon Studios' forthcoming series brings to screens for the very first time the heroic legends of the fabled Second Age of Middle-earth's history.
This epic drama is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and will take viewers back to an era in which great powers were forged, kingdoms rose to glory and fell to ruin, unlikely heroes were tested, hope hung by the finest of threads, and the greatest villain that ever flowed from Tolkien's pen threatened to cover all the world in darkness.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is a new series developed by Amazon Studios, in cooperation with the Tolkien Estate and Trust, HarperCollins, and New Line Cinema. J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay are showrunners and developed the streaming series adaptation, set in the Second Age of Middle-earth before the events of the Lord of the Rings novel and the previous films.
