Real Life Incident Intrigued Me Says Aman Verma About Forthcoming Durashaya

Mumbai, 5th May 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Actor Aman Verma says he was intrigued by real-life incident in Gurugram on which the forthcoming series Durashaya is based and in his quest to dig deeper he decided to do the show.

Aman Verma was interacting with NewsHelpline during a promotional press-meet for his forthcoming series Durashaya - The Criminal Intention.

Talking about the show being based on the real-life incident, Aman said, “When I first heard about the incident, I was intrigued, and I thought to myself, what could possibly be the reason for a bodyguard to shoot a judge and kill his family. And when this story came to me, I just jumped onto it as I wanted to know the real story, truth, and facts about the whole incident”

“When I was told the story, there were various factors, there is one story which we think is true, there is one running in the news, but the real truth, is entirely different” added Aman.

Directed by Somesh Kumar Dahiya and starring a renowned actor Aman Verma alongside Shweta Sinha, Vinay Kuhar, Prithvi Zutsi and Kuldeep Sareen.

Talking about the story and what dimensions it will cover, Aman said, “The story starts from the point where judge is being shot, a little background coverage and from there the story goes forward. Nothing about judiciary or courtroom is shown in the story, the entire story is filmed within the house, sort of establishing connection with the bodyguard, what took place, what was the relationship of this bodyguard with judge, his wife, and kid”
