Within hours of its release, the lyrical song has clocked 1.6 million hits.

The official adaptation of Tom Hanks starrer Forrest Gump, the Hindi version is helmed by Advait Chandan from a screenplay written by Eric Roth and adapted by Atul Kulkarni. The film stars Khan as the titular character along with Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya (in his Hindi film debut) and Mona Singh.

The film is produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios and Paramount Pictures. The film is scheduled for release on 11 August 2022.
