Bollywood Mourns The Demise Of Arun Bali

Mumbai, 7th October 2022 (NewsHelpline) - Veteran actor Arun Bali has passed away on Friday morning at his residence in suburban Mumbai. He was 79. He was suffering with Myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease caused by communication failure between nerves and muscles, for which he was admitted to a hospital early this year.

Known for his stellar performances in movies such as Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, Khalnayak, Satya, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, OMG : Oh My God, Barfi, PK, Manmarziyaan, Kedarnath, Samrat Prithviraj and Laal Singh Chaddha, veteran actor Arun Bali was respected and loved by his peers.

Actor Ali Asgar expressed his grief on social media about veteran actor passing away. He tweeted, “May Almighty Rest His Soul in Peace, Alvida Arun Bali Sir #ArunBali”

Producer Nikkhil Advani also shared, “Terrible sad news about the passing of Arun Bali sir. Had the wonderful fortune of working with him in #POWBandiYuddhKe, Always a smile on his calm and peaceful face. #RIP #ArunBali”

His last film Goodbye, also featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna, released on Friday.

Arun Bali also worked extensively on TV - Doosra Kewal, Phir Wahi Talash, Neem ka Ped, Dil Dariya, Chanakya, Dekh Bhai Dekh, Swabhimaan, The Great Maratha, Shaktimaan, Zee Horror Show, Aahat, Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Kumkum, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and POW were some of them.
