Not afraid of getting overshadowed by Sunny Leone in Tera Intezaar says Arbaaz Khan

Arbaaz Khan attended trailer launch of his upcoming film 'Tera Intezaar' along with Sunny Leone and Aarya Babbar on Wednesday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Arbaaz stated that he is not afraid of getting overshadowed by Sunny Leone in 'Tera Intezaar'.

Sunny Leone enjoys massive fan following among the audience so when asked Arbaaz whether he is worried about getting overshadowed with presence of Sunny Leone in the film, he said, "I don't think it works that way. When you are working on a film, you really not try to compete with the other person. You try to complement the other person, that's how good chemistry is build between two actors. It's not about one- upmanship or she is trying to be better than me and I am trying to be better than her. We had great rapport and honestly, no matter what the fate of the film is but you will see our chemistry translated onscreen in any case."

Talking about USP of film 'Tera Intezaar', Arbaaz said, "I am at stage of my career where anything that excites me, I am eager to take that up and one of the biggest reason for me to do this film is to work with Sunny Leone. Apart from that, producers and director of the film are also good".

"The film is unique in many ways. It has an interesting script and this film has really nice special effects as well which are very exciting to watch and couple songs of the films are beautiful so all and all this film has good mix of everything but more than that, when there is Sunny, you don't need many reasons to see a movie. You just got see her. I am hopeful that this film does well but now it's all left to the audience"

When asked is this right time for Sunny Leone to do performance driven role in her career, Arbaaz khan said, "I think there will be an opportunity for her. she is very hardworking. Everybody improves over a period of time and she is also improving with every film leaps and bounds. I think it is bound to happen, the day she gets the role which suits her and the kind of cinema that now being absorbed so it's going to happen really soon"

Arbaaz Khan, who produced the Salman Khan-starring, commercially successful 'Dabangg' series, says that he has started scripting the new sequel of the franchise that will go on the floor in the middle of 2018.

"Yes, we have started scripting the film and I think we will start shooting 'Dabangg 3' by the middle of the next year,"

Asked about if he is planning to promote the film in 'Bigg Boss- 11', which is hosted by his brother, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Arbaaz said: "Well, I think that is the producer to decide. If we have the opportunity, and the Colors channel allows us to do so, why not."

He added: "Though I do not watch 'Bigg Boss' every day but I like watching the show. Earlier, few seasons, I followed; I watched all episodes when Sunny (Leone) was in the show."

'Tera Intezaar' is releasing on November 24.
