Mumbai, 9th March 2023 (NewsHelpline) - Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn, Vivek Oberoi, Kangana Ranaut and many more condole the demise of veteran actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik, who died early on Thursday morning, 9th March 2023.

Satish Kaushik, who donned multiple hats of a director, producer and screenwriter, died of a heart attack in Delhi.

Expressing grief over the passing away of veteran actor, Ajay Devgn tweeted, “Woke up to the sad news of Satishji’s (Kaushik) demise. I've shared laughs with him on & off screen. His presence filled a frame. In life too, whenever we met, he brought a smile to my face. Condolences to his family. RIP Satish Ji”

Actress Kangana Ranaut also took to her social media profile and wrote, “Woke up to this horrible news, he was my biggest cheerleader, a very successful actor and director #SatishKaushik ji personally was also a very kind and genuine man, I loved directing him in Emergency. He will be missed, Om Shanti”

Actor Vivek Anand Oberoi tweeted, “I am pained to hear this news about #SatishKaushik. He had a wonderful spirit and aura around him that translated so seamlessly on screen. May his presence always be felt. My thoughts and prayers for his family at this difficult time. #OmShanti”

Satish Kaushik has been part of some of the most iconic films of Indian cinema, such as Jaane Bhi Do yaaro, Mandi, Mr India, Ram Lakhan, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sharmaji Namkeen, Thar and more.

He was last seen in Chhatriwali, and was wrapping Kangana Ranaut’s directorial Emergency, where he was playing the role of minister Jagjivan Ram.
