Kunal Kemmu Unveils Kanjoos Makhichos Trailer

Mumbai, 13th March 2023 (NewsHelpline) - After the first look poster, the first official trailer for Kanjoos Makhichos starring Kunal Kemmu and Shweta Tripathi is out, and this one a family drama wrapped with a social message.

Kunal Kemmu as Jamnaprasad Pandey, is a miser and believes in modest living. He is married to Shweta Tripathi, and Piyush Mishra and Alka Amin are playing his parents. One fine day, Jamnaprasad sends off his parents on pilgrimage, and the both ends up dying in floods, and the government announces compensation for the deceased.

Now the ball is rolling, as local officials have tricked Jamnaprasad in paying him less, but he is miser, he ends up creating a scandal, which makes up the entire story.

Kanjoos Makhichoos' is written and directed by Vipul Mehta. It is a comedy-drama and it is an adaptation of the super hit Gujarati play, 'Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo'. The film also stars Piyush Mishra, Alka Amin, Rajiv Gupta and the late actor Raju Srivastav. The film starts streaming from 24th March 2023 only on ZEE5.
