Hansal Mehta Praises Team Rana Naidu
Mumbai, 18th March 2023 (NewsHelpline) - Based on Ray Donovan series, Rana Naidu is streaming on Netflix with stellar cast and amazing reviews, National award winner filmmaker Hansal Mehta, who has seen the original and adapted version, praises the team for “total masala franchise”.
Netflix series, Rana Naidu is created and directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn Verma. Produced by Sunder Aaron under the banner Locomotive Global Inc., it stars Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana Daggubati, Suchitra Pillai, Gaurav Chopra and Surveen Chawla in lead roles.
Hansal Mehta took to his social media and wrote two part tweets, praising the team, he wrote, “Haven’t watched Ray Donovan. And I wouldn’t have watched Rana Naidu too if not for so many friends coming together. @Suparn @krnx @ofnosurnamefame @sunderaa and team you guys have created a total masala franchise for @NetflixIndia. I really really enjoyed its unabashed messiness”

Meanwhile on the work front, Hansal Mehta is busy wrapping films such as Dedh Bigha Zameen, and The Buckingham Murders. The filmmaker is also shooting for series such as Scoop, Scam 2003 and Lootere.
