Sharing the trailer on his social media profile, Anurag Kashyap captioned it, “I saw this film last month, it won the best film at @busanfilmfest and Vesoul international film fest. It’s so powerful and a punch in the gut , reminded me of @kleber_mendonca_filho ‘s BUCARAU and @danielbandeira79 ‘s PROPERTY…two of my all time favourite films. Shot by my partner, mentor, collaborator Rajeev Ravi and directed by unputdownable and relentless @prasann_vithanage starring my darling @roshan.matthew at his vicious best and @darshanarajendran at her most sublime. Set in Sri Lanka during the political and economic crisis. Don’t miss this when it comes out , you don’t even need subtitles to feel this one. And that Sri Lankan actor who plays the cop, Mahendra Perrera, so so good. Produced by @newton_cinema and presented by @madrastalkies. So many good people endorsing this powerful piece of cinema. Proud to present the trailer”
