Journalist Karishma Upadhyay Accuses Sajid Khan Of Sexual Misconduct, #MeTooMovement
After Saloni Chopra, another woman Karishma Upadhyay, a journalist accuses filmmaker Sajid Khan of sexual misconduct and abuse on social media and shares her story and statement.
In the wake of #MeToo Movement, Saloni Chopra, a former assistant director, who has worked with Sajid Khan has accused him of sexual misconduct, abuse and harassment on social media. She wrote a blog, sharing her story. Now another woman, Karishma Upadhyay has come forward with her story, sharing her horrible experience with filmmaker Sajid Khan.
Karishma Upadhyay took to her social media profile and issued a statement. She wrote, “The first time I interviewed Sajid Khan in early 2000s, he called me out to the house he shared with his sister. Thru the interview he talked about how large his penis is and how to satisfy a woman”
Further adding, she also wrote that Sajid Khan forcefully kissed her with her male appendage out dangling. She wrote, “When he returned, his penis was out. I got up to leave immediately only to find him blocking the way out. And, he forced his tongue down my throat. I pushed him away and ran out”
Karishma also shared her incident, where she met Sajid Khan again and he body shamed her. She wrote, “A few years later, I had to work with Sajid when I was at MTV….I will never forget what he said to me, ‘You are fatter than you used to be. I won’t touch you with a barge pole”
