Sanjana Sanghi Defends Sushant Singh Rajput, Refutes Baseless Stories
Sushant Singh Rajput made headlines for allegedly making his Kizie Aur Manny co-star Sanjana Sanghi uncomfortable, with his "over-friendliness" and flirtatious banter.
But the actor SSR rubbished the rumours saying this is all an agenda to smear his name, for which he issued a statement on his social media profile.
He wrote, “I feel sad to reveal personal information but it seems that there is no other way to state what was, in the midst of this curated and well timed smear campaign. From the first till the last day of the shoot, this is what happened on the Set with Sanjana”
“And for all those deliberately using the missing of Twitter ‘blue tick’ to substantiate their false claims, allow me to tell you that it is not there since 5th of September. Get your facts checked before jumping to conclusions that you so eagerly want to”
But with #MeToo movement gaining momentum, Sushant found himself in the line of fire after Twitter users began to accuse the actor of sexual harassment but now the leading lady Sanjana finally broke her silence on the entire episode.
