Taapsee Pannu gearing up for the release of upcoming film Badla says audience should not take any breaks while watching the film or they will miss out.

Taapsee interacted with media at the launch of ‘Kyun Rabba’ in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Talking about the film, Taapsee said the thriller is a fast paced film that will be one of its kind in Indian Cinema. "One common thing I keep hearing is after a long time, 'Whodunit' kind of a murder mystery is coming out. Which isn't as common any more because of a lot of other genres coming in. When I had heard the script I realized if even for a minute you take a break while watching this film then you will miss something. So get ready to focus for the film, its less then 2 hours so don't take any breaks. The film is that thrilling and fast paced. Badla is going to be one of its kind for Indian cinema."

She added, "And if you watch it again you will notice more things that you hadn't before. That is fun about these Whodunit mysteries and plus point of the film."

The new track called ‘Kyun Rabba’ features Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu. Composed by Amaal Mallik and sung by Armaan Malik, the song presents a point of view from Taapsee’s character.

Talking about her first experience listening to  ‘Kyun Rabba’ she said, the melody kept playing in her mind until after they were done shooting for the song.

Calling it her favorite song she said, "When I was told we have to shoot for this song I was feeling like, how is this song going to fit in this film, how is it going to make sense, or are they going to get any song for a formality. But when we all heard it we were like, this is amazing for the standards we were setting in our head.We got really lucky with this song."

Badla, the film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh. It is a crime thriller film produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment.

The film marks the second outing of Taapsee and Amitabh Bachchan after social drama Pink and has some similar lines of characters. Once again Taapsee plays a victim in the film and Big B plays the role of a lawyer.

It is slated to release on 8 March 2019.
