The Gone Game Theatrical Trailer Is Out
First ever web-series on COVID-19 pandemic titled The Gone Game released its trailer and it is based on a family that loses their loved one to the virus, the show features Sanjay Kapoor, Shweta Tripathi Sharma and Arjun Mathur among others.
The official handle of Voot Select dropped the trailer on social media. They captioned it, “Yes, you heard right! Our new thriller is centered around the pandemic looming over us all. #TheGoneGame is coming to you on 20th August. #VootSelect”
In the trailer, we meet the Gujral family whose life turns into a nightmare after Sahil Gujral, played by Arjun Mathur, goes missing. While initially he is said to have died from coronavirus, later it seems there’s more to his death than what meets the eyes.
Sahil’s sister (Shweta Tripathi Sharma) and father (Sanjay Kapoor) make efforts to find out about the mysterious death in the family. And, from the first look, Shriya Piglaonkar, who essays the role of Sahil’s wife, seems to be the prime suspect of the murder.
Soon, the story takes a U-turn as everyone starts investigating the murder mystery that was given the name of COVID-19.
